ApolloFN is an original fan project and brand built around an OG Fortnite experience. All visuals, branding, server configuration, and content under the ApolloFN name are considered part of our intellectual property.
While ApolloFN is not affiliated with or endorsed by Epic Games, we operate within fair use boundaries as a community-driven fan experience. ApolloFN™ and Project Apollo™ are considered unregistered trademarks under common law rights, effective as of 2025.
Logo & Branding
The ApolloFN logo, color scheme, typography, and visual identity are original and protected under copyright. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or use of our logo or design elements in any format is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized Use
Any attempt to copy, clone, impersonate, or reuse the ApolloFN brand name, server structure, logo, or content without explicit written permission is a violation of our intellectual property rights. This includes launching similar servers under confusingly similar names or using ApolloFN branding in any format.
Violators may be subject to takedown requests, reporting to platform moderators (Discord, YouTube, GitHub, etc.), and if necessary, legal escalation including cease-and-desist orders or copyright claims. We take our brand seriously — and will defend it accordingly.
Notice to Epic Games
ApolloFN is an independent, fan-made project created with respect for the original Fortnite universe. We do not intend to monetize, exploit, or misrepresent any content owned by Epic Games, Inc. and we acknowledge all rights belong to them.
If at any time Epic Games wishes for ApolloFN to be modified, rebranded, or taken offline, we will comply immediately and voluntarily — without the need for legal escalation. This project is built with love for Fortnite and its legacy, and we are open to communication at any time.
